2023 a New Digital Era

 
 

Useable Design - 2022

2022 was a phenomenal year for Useable Design. After a pandemic situation where we’ve been coming from in 2021, the physical experience has been transferred towards the digital experience. Companies and store managers included a Shop & Collect system. Also, market penetration and segmentation needed to be redone. As we’re looking forward towards 2023, it will be a new digital era where trends such as User Centered and Data Driven design will be included. Also, Artificial Intellegence will be combined with Software as a Service.

 

There is an urgency for entrepreneurs, start-ups and companies to re-do their online positioning. With the mainstream media and the new digital era that we’re entering, online segmenting is essential. Therefore, with these upcoming trends, users are reached well, after the pandemic, while the connection used to be faded with the target audience itself.

  • In this new digital era the user should be centered in our way of communication, our digital approach just as the service methodologies we’re using to serve the end-user. Especially after the connection with the user has been faded away after the pandemic.

  • Digital tooling and software has been used as a service. As an user we like to make use of digital services, and become ambassadors from a particular service or product that stand-out.

  • After the pandemic situation physical experiences became digital. The needs from user has been changed rapidly. Therefore, we need to re-find and re-understand the true needs of the consumer and the end-user.

Our highlights in 2022

  • 1. Internationalization

    We attended 4 countries ranged from Slovakia, Ukraïne, Czech Republic and Egypt. We captured and took care over several events & conferences. We could provide online streaming and digital promotion for such events and used crossmedia channels and reached an amount of 50K viewers online.

  • 2. Crossmedia Channels

    We invested in Crossmedia Channels and have been broadcasted on Dutch Television on a format on RTL Z. We reached an amount of half a million of viewers. Also, we have been using a variety of media, branches and markets and could provide digital services for sectors such as Gamification, IT, Non-Profit, Charity and the Event sector.

  • 3. Software as a Service

    We invested in digital tooling and software thas has been segmented as a service. Over 50 financial systems has been developed and gained funding and a revenue over 10K of euros.
